templum vii : prima materia
It all began in April 2020. Somewhere in the days of the pandemic,
when the world stood still and fear paralyzed everything, my hand sketched a tiny symbol out of the uncertainty — a temple with no name. I never imagined this sketch would become the cornerstone of an ongoing spiritual journey, a sweeping obsession, and finally—this short film.
The film offers a narrative measured not in time or space, but as a psycho-visual journey through a surreal universe, veiled in allegories, symbols, and hidden reflections. It is an attempt to find simple meaning in a world full of contradictions. At its center lies the intricate relationship between Creator and Creation, beginning the moment the "Creator" realizes he is not the sole ruler of his kingdom. His attempt to force form upon matter transforms into a delicate dance of control and surrender. The emerging creation demands its independence, forcing its creator
to change along with it.
